• Appointed the nominating committee for the purpose of choosing a slate of officers to be elected at the first meeting of the calendar year, Dana Cutler, Chair; Don Cook and Winston Rutledge, members.
• Approved the following courses as part of Area 7 of the General Education Curriculum: Minority Relations; Sociology of Black Americans; Community and Social Change.
• Approved a revision to the attendance policy. It adds administrative drop as one option for instructors, providing it is expressly stated in the course syllabus.
• Approved the Master of Arts in Higher Education with a concentration in Historically Black Colleges and Universities.
