TOP FOUR BASKETBALL PLA YERS OF THE YEAR Ethan Wunderlich Eugene Eagles

Ethan Wunderlich rewrote the Eugene Eagles basketball record book. He’s the career leader in points (1826), passing up Tre Kempker’s mark of 1687. 530 career assists bettered Cody Shaw’s previous record of 427. Ethan also played in more games (118) than any other Eugene Eagle. His 49-point game against Russellville on homecoming set a single game school record. Most of all, Ethan will always be remembered for being       Missouri Class 2 Player of the Year.

Ethan became the leader for our team with his play and in the huddle, having arguably the best individual year in our program’s history while leading our team to a state title. He has consistently performed in the clutch throughout his career, but his postseason performance this year was at another level. Ethan is the most accomplished player in the history of our program. 
