AGC of California Installs 2025 Officers
AGC of California officially installed and recognized its 2025 executive leadership during the Installation and Awards Gala, presented by Procore, on February 7 at the Fairmont San Francisco. The elected officers along with
AGC CEO Peter Tateishi make up the eight-member Executive Committee of AGC of California, the largest statewide construction association in California. The association is marking its 105th anniversary in 2025. AGC of California’s 2025 officers are featured here.

Pat Kelly Granite Construction President AGC of California’s president Pat Kel- ly is the vice president of operational excellence for Granite Construction Company. Kelly has held numerous operational roles at Granite spanning more than 41 years with the company. His current role includes the oversight and leadership of multiple support teams who augment and assist Granite’s regional business units in their pursuit of operational excellence. Kelly has held numerous leadership
roles within AGC of California, including chairing the Constructor Awards Com- mittee, vice chair and chair of the Inland Empire District Board of Directors, vice president of Highway & Transportation, treasurer, and president-elect of the State Board of Directors.
Ryan Aukerman Griffith Company President-Elect Ryan Aukerman, who has been with Grif- fith Company for two decades, recently assumed the role of president. He started as a project engineer in 2004. While pursuing a degree in technology and operations management at California State Poly- technic University Pomona, he advanced to the role of estimator/project manager. Rising to regional manager in 2011, vice president in 2013, and executive vice president in 2015, he excelled in leading major infrastructure projects. Aukerman’s recent appointment as president of Grif- fith Company represents a significant milestone, highlighting his leadership and dedication to the construction sector.
