Most can be found on his YouTube page at BlairOaksFalconsfootball, all for free. Ron makes almost no money for all of the videos he shoots. When
he makes copies for fans and parents, he charges a minimal amount, “I don’t care if I don’t get paid a dollar. I just like doing it for the kids and for the families,” said Ron. “They put so much time and ginning at Blair Oaks.”
Ron is now certainly a member of the Blair Oaks community. The Blair Oaks family.
“The thing that stands out to me is the kids, the athletes them-
selves,” said Ron. “The kids are all respectful. They’re all smart and outstanding in their own ways. And now, getting to meet the par- ents and grandparents, I can see where that comes from.” Ron says working with and for the Blair Oaks community inspires him to always do the best he can.
“I put so much work into my videos because they put so much work into what they do,” said Ron. “They put 110 percent into what they do, so I’m not going to give you less than 110 percent into what I do.”
