Victorinox Three new team members have joined Victorinox’s HoReCa (hotel, restaurant, catering) foodservice division: Van Bennett, Julie Hein and Amy Peterson. The new team will drive sales growth for the knife manufacturer’s anchor collection of Fibrox, as well as new releases of Fibrox HACCP, Swibo and Dual Grip. Bennett will take on the


role of East region business development sales manager, bringing more than 15 years of experience to the company’s commercial cutlery team. Most recently, he served as director of sales for Forbes Industries, where he was responsible for managing 13 manufacturer representative groups in the Eastern region. Before that, Bennett was the district sales

Julie Hein brings more than 20 years of HoReCa and commercial foodservice equipment experience to the FEDA manufacturer member. Previously, she was the regional sales manager for Waring Commercial and a district sales manager for The Vollrath Company. At Victorinox, she will lead the Central region as business development sales manager. Amy Peterson joins the company as the business development sales manager for the West region. She previously worked in the commercial division at Vitamix and has proven success in foodservice distribution, training, sales, and regional management. Before Vitamix, she was a district sales manager at The Vollrath Company.


The Vollrath Company The Vollrath Company has appointed Paris Dreibelbis as its new corporate chef and product training manager. In this role, Dreibelbis will lead comprehensive training initiatives designed to enhance product knowledge, culinary innovation and customer engagement across the organization.


Dreibelbis possesses a unique combination of hands-on culinary experience and a deep passion for the foodservice industry, Vollrath said in a news release. His background spans prestigious kitchens and food operations, including his recent position as food fanatic chef at US Foods and corporate chef at Alto-Shaam. “We are thrilled to


welcome Paris to the team,” said Christina Wegner, vice president of marketing at Vollrath. “His blend of culinary artistry, training acumen and industry insight will be a great asset to continuing to elevate our product education and customer experiences to the next level.” Dreibelbis’ career


highlights include working alongside Team USA at the renowned Bocuse d’Or biennial chef competition in Lyon, France, and winning fi rst place at the Ment’or BKB Young Chef Competition in Las Vegas.

Chef Chris Bugher has joined ACP, Inc., a Welbilt company, as its new Eastern regional sales manager.

Bugher is a certifi ed executive chef and brings a wealth of culinary knowledge to the high-speed cooking equipment manufacturer. He has more than 10 years of experience in culinary education as a college chef instructor. Most recently, he led a college fi ne-dining restaurant in Asheville, North Carolina, and coached a student culinary team to an American Culinary Federation national championship last year.


Bugher holds associates of applied science degrees in both culinary arts and hospitality management. Additionally, he has been the chef and owner for two businesses, including one that provided restaurant and hospitality consulting services. “We are thrilled that Chef Chris has joined ACP to lead our Eastern U.S. regional sales initiatives,” ACP President David Kalinowski said. “He brings a wealth of expertise, and his ability to teach, train and educate in all things culinary, including kitchen equipment and menu development, makes him an excellent addition to our team.”
