How do dealers create value for your company? What are some ways you are working to strengthen your company’s relationship with dealers? The greatest value creation dealers bring to RATIONAL is their help in educating the U.S. market on combi technology. As we have expanded greatly within the U.S. market, we strive to connect dealers with our robust sales team, chefs or service team to create solutions that address the needs of our shared customers. We take the time to listen and understand the needs of our partnered dealers, while providing expert guidance and unmatched support to them and the end-user.
What’s the next big innovation or initiative for your company you’d like to highlight?
As seen at our 2025 National Restaurant Association Show launch, RATIONAL has introduced our newest technology, iHexagon, to the U.S. market. The RATIONAL iHexagon is a cutting-edge cooking system that revolutionizes commercial kitchen operations by combining adaptive microwave technology, convection and steam into a single intelligent unit.
