Traveling to the FEDA Annual Conference
Know your transportation options and avoid the booking rush as the conference gets closer.

he FEDA Annual Executive Leadership Conference, Sept. 10-13, 2025, is only a few months away, and space is fi lling up. Those who still need to book travel and hotel
arrangements are encouraged to do so as soon as possible to ensure they don’t miss one moment of the event’s educational sessions and networking opportunities.
To help make your experience easier, FEDA has compiled a list of recommended travel options attendees can use when booking their fl ights to the conference venue, the Grand Hyatt Resort & Spa, 7500 E. Doubletree Ranch Road, Scottsdale, Arizona.
Airport Options
The most convenient airport for reaching the Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort & Spa is Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX). Located approximately 19 miles from the resort, it offers the quickest access — typically around a 25-minute drive. This airport is the primary hub for most major airlines and provides a wide range of ground transportation options, including ride-sharing services and rental cars.
Rental Cars
For those planning to explore the Scottsdale area beyond the resort, renting a car can be a practical choice. The rental car center is connected to Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport via the free PHX Sky Train, which operates 24/7. Self-parking is complimentary at the resort for FEDA conference attendees.
Rideshare Services Rideshare services through Uber and Lyft are readily available at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport and provide a direct route to the resort. The journey typically takes around 25 minutes and covers approximately 19 miles. Estimated fares range from $44 for UberX to $76 for Uber Black, depending on the service level and time of day.
