Hotel Reservations To guarantee your room, all room reservations must be made by Friday, Aug. 13. You may call 480-444-1234 to book your reservation. Please note, hotel guests can cancel four days prior with no cancellation penalty. Inside the four days out, guests will be subject to a cancellation fee of one night room and tax.
