Alto-Shaam announced a series of senior additions and promotions intended to strengthen its U.S. General Market Team.
Justin Harkey has been appointed as the company’s new senior vice president of sales and will lead the U.S. General Market Team in executing and achieving sales growth initiatives and enhancing customer and partner relationships. Before joining Alto-Shaam, Harkey served as vice president of sales at ITW, where he led the sales team, drove growth and transformed its dealer partner network. He has also held leadership roles in sales and operations at RATIONAL and Intercontinental Hotels Group (IHG).
Further enhancing support for customers and partners in the West, Sean Fleming joins the General Market Team as the new regional sales manager – West. Fleming brings more than 32 years of experience in the foodservice industry, including 16 years as a chef in Michelin-starred restaurants before transitioning to sales. Most recently, he served as a business development manager at TriMark USA, where he managed sales

strengthening customer and partner relationships, Alto-Shaam has promoted two sales leaders within its U.S. General Market Team. Tamara Scott, who joined Alto-Shaam in 2023, has been promoted to senior regional sales manager – Southeast. In her new role, Scott will be responsible for growing and enhancing key relationships with dealers, consultants and major manufacturer representatives throughout the region. Ryan Hansen, who joined the business in 2018, has been promoted to regional sales manager – North Central. Hansen will lead sales efforts across the region and ensure the highest levels of customer service and support are maintained, the company said.

Electrolux Professional Group Brent Barkley has joined Electrolux Professional Group as head of beverage and food prep, Americas. In his new role, Barkley will advance the division’s growth and ensure product quality throughout the Americas. “I am thrilled to take on this challenge,” Barkley said. “I look forward to collaborating with our experienced beverage team, our partners and our customers to drive growth and deliver exceptional value.”
Barkley brings a wealth of experience to his new role. Previously, he served as the senior director of strategic category management (refrigeration and utility) at Electrolux Professional Group/Unifi ed Brands. In that role, he led the engineering and product management department for commercial refrigeration equipment in North America.
An expert technician within the foodservice industry, Curtis brings more than 20 years of experience to Flexeserve, which the company said will help create a new standard of customer- focused technical service, effi ciency and consistency. In his new role, he will ensure that Flexeserve’s team of technicians are prepared to provide high-quality support to all customers.
