Attendees will have much to talk about, as the conference’s lineup of speakers and programs will cover critical topics such as the state of the industry, the business implementation of cutting-edge technologies and supply chain optimization. In between the conference’s many educational sessions and networking activities, attendees can take a swim in the resort’s 2.5-acre outdoor pool or relax at the Grand Hyatt’s Spa Avania. For those looking to use their legs, the property offers winding jogging and biking paths through native fl ora, as well as tennis and pickleball courts. Finally, the 27-hole championship course at Gainey Ranch Golf Club gives players a way to talk business while working on their swing amidst stunning mountain views.
Pickleball
For those looking to get active with industry peers, the FEDA Pickleball Tournament offers a fun and competitive way to connect. Attendees
can pair up with a doubles partner and compete against other teams in one of the fastest-growing, beginner-friendly sports in the United States.
Putting on the Rocks
Putting on the Rocks will be a friendly putting competition held on the putting green at the Gainey Ranch Golf Club. Participants will play through a set putting
course while enjoying a prickly pear margarita, a traditional Southwest cocktail.
GOLF
TPC Scottsdale Stadium Course Golf Tournament The 2025 FEDA golf tournament will be held at the famed TPC Scottsdale, home of the largest spectator golf event in the world, the WM Phoenix Open. Teams of four will compete in a scramble format on the Stadium Course, which features the famous par-3 16th hole, the PGA Tour’s only fully enclosed hole and the location of the iconic grandstands during tournaments. With prizes awarded to the winning groups and for skills challenges, the golf outing is a great way to earn bragging rights while teeing up a few conversation starters. Golfers will register to play on a fi rst-come, fi rst-served basis and FEDA will arrange foursomes. Breakfast and lunch will be provided. Those who need to rent clubs can complete the quick questionnaire when registering for golf. The golf tournament is open to dealer, manufacturer and business services attendees who have registered for the conference. Transportation will be provided from the hotel to TPC Scottsdale and back to the hotel.
WEDNESDAY, SEPT. 10, GOLF SCHEDULE
6:00 a.m. Golfers check in and board buses in front of Grand Hyatt hotel lobby. Coffee, water, juices, and breakfast on-the-go will be provided.
6:15 a.m. Buses depart from the hotel and head to the TPC Scottsdale Stadium Course.
6:45 a.m. Golfers arrive at the TPC Scottsdale Stadium Course.
7:30 a.m. The shotgun tournament begins. Drinks and snacks will be available for purchase throughout the tournament.
11:45 a.m. The tournament concludes and players return to the buses and depart for the Grand Hyatt.
12:00 p.m. Lunch on-the-go provided immediately upon arrival at the resort.
