2025 FEDA Annual Executive Leadership Conference

Celebrating Excellence

Guest speaker Joe Carbonara will give insights into the industry while FEDA recognizes the outstanding achievements of member companies and individuals.

O

ne of the traits that has helped the foodservice industry endure for more than a century is the eagerness of its companies to continuously push forward. FEDA will once again celebrate that drive as it recognizes the accomplishments of the association’s distributor and manufacturer members at the annual Gold Awards Breakfast, which will be held Sept. 12 during the FEDA Annual Executive Leadership Conference. The awards honor companies and individuals

who are advancing the foodservice equipment and supplies industry through exceptional workplace practices, customer service and the cultivation of young professionals. These awards are more than a celebration — they are a benchmark for excellence and a source of inspiration for all members to pursue impactful progress within their organizations and communities. This year’s gold awards will kick off with a

presentation from Joe Carbonara, editorial director at Foodservice Equipment & Supplies and restaurant development + design magazines. Drawing on more than 20 years of experience covering distributors, manufacturers and operators, Carbonara will share his insights into the trajectory of the foodservice equipment and supplies industry and discuss some of the challenges that lie ahead. Applications for the Gold Awards are now open, and members are encouraged to submit nominations before the July 31, 2025, deadline. Winners will be determined through a competitive, weighted scoring process that evaluates key areas of performance. To apply or learn more, visit: feda.com/awards.
