These relationships are part of what makes Linn softball so spe- cial—a blend of family, mentorship, and teamwork. As the season closes, the future of Linn High School softball shines bright. Coach Rost is optimistic, noting that while some key players will graduate, many of this year’s lineup will return, eager to keep


the momentum going. “I know this group will have high goals and expectations again for next season, so I’m excited to get started!” he said. For Warren, Voss, and Hackmann, who will all be returning  think that our team will be a top contender again next year," says Warren. Voss, who will be a senior, shares a similar sentiment. "I am so excited for the future of Linn softball. I am hopeful next year will be just as exciting as this one,” she expressed.

From the joy of winning to the pride of representing their town, Linn’s softball team has brought unforgettable memories to their community. Their journey to the Final Four has been a blend of tal- ent, teamwork, and powerful support. For Linn High School, this season will be remembered not only for its victories but also for the strength and unity that made those victories possible. With the promise of another strong season ahead, the Wildcats will continue on the path of teamwork, dedication, and putting in the work while setting an example for future generations of Linn athletes.
