Johnson was a 2010 OSCPA Trailblazer and has served and chaired multiple OSCPA committees, including the Nominations, Planning and Liaison with Educational Institutions (LEI) Committee. He is the recipient of the OSCPA Oklahoma City Chapter’s 2007 Distinguished C.P.A. Award. Johnson is currently serving on the OSCPA’s Accounting Careers, LEI, Nominations and Public Relations Committees.

In its Oklahoma City office, Merri Barden, CPA, a member for five years, was promoted to a tax senior manager; William Buchanan, CPA, a member for two years, and Buck Francis, CPA, a member for four years, were promoted to assurance managers. Francis, a 2014 OSCPA Trailblazer, is on the OSCPA board of directors and is currently serving on the OSCPA’s Oil & Gas and Public Relations Committees. Also, Taylor Mayes, CPA, a member for almost a year, was promoted to assurance senior, and Crystal Stasyszen, CPA, a member for two years, was promoted to tax senior. Jeff Koweno, CPA, a member for 18 years and a 2014 OSCPA Trailblazer, was promoted to assurance partner. Koweno is currently serving on the OSCPA Oil & Gas Committee. In the Tulsa office, Lindsey Callery, CPA, a member for seven years and a 2013 OSCPA Trailblazer, was promoted to tax senior manager. Elaine Jolly, CPA, and Jason Maloney, CPA, each members for one year, were promoted to assurance seniors. Krizel Himes, CPA, and Joy Platt, CPA, members for three years, and Chelsi Moss, CPA and Blake Postelwait, CPA, members for four years, were promoted to assurance managers. Teresa Hendrickson, a student member, was promoted to advisory consulting manager. Andrew Terrell, CPA, a member for one year, was also promoted to tax manager. John Cooper, CPA, a member for nine years and a 2017 OSCPA Trailblazer was promoted to assurance partner. Cooper previously served on the OSCPA’s Liaisons with Educational Institutions Committee.
