AICPA to Select Leadership Academy Honorees
CPAs between the ages of 25 and 35 who are members of the AICPA and the OSCPA and have three or more years of experience as a CPA are eligible to apply for this four-day leadership program. Te application deadline is May 31, 2017. Only 38 CPAs will be selected. Te Leadership Academy engages candidates in a self-examination of leadership, what that means and how that impacts their personal life, career path and the CPA profession. Te interactive dialogue with the profession’s thought leaders, and other academy participants, focuses on the issues that the profession is currently facing. Current resume or vita 3. Two professional letters of reference 4. Two essays: Essay #1 (500-700 words): What leadership competencies and characteristics will be essential to successfully lead the CPA profession in 2025?

Accepted individuals or sponsors are
responsible for a $925 program fee which includes program facilities, learning materials, meals, social activities, four nights’ accommodations and CPE credit.
