Browne Foodservice Browne Foodservice is a manufacturer of cookware, kitchen


products, serving equipment and tabletop items for the foodservice industry. The business started in 1949 as a general trading company but became more focused on foodservice with the creation of a new division in 1988. A few years later, it introduced the Thermalloy professional cookware, which quickly gained popularity in commercial

Enofrigo America After decades serving the European market, Enofrigo opened


a subsidiary for the U.S. market in 2013 to get closer to and work more quickly with American customers. Since then, the wine cabinet manufacturer has continually grown its presence among bars, restaurants, hotels, supermarkets and other hospitality venues. The company still manufactures its products in Northern Italy, but it operates a warehouse and distribution facility in South Bend, Indiana. The cabinets are designed to complement any interior design, and they offer the customization and fl exibility needed to fi t any project.


Summit Commercial Founded in 1969, Summit’s parent company, FelixStorch, Inc.,

John Boos For more than 135 years, John Boos & Co. has been


manufacturing equipment used in the foodservice industry at its facility in Effi ngham, Illinois. Today, the company is a leading manufacturer of wood products such as butcher blocks, worktables and gourmet furnishings, as well as stainless steel equipment such as sinks, shelving and dishtables.
