DOUG HAWORTH ALLAN DZIWOKI Boelter
Bill Ziegler has joined Boelter as director of contract and design, Minneapolis.
Ziegler has more than 35 years in the foodservice industry. Most recently he was responsible for sales, marketing, project management, and manufacturing operations for a manufacturer and supplier of custom furnishings to the restaurant industry. He also spent time as the president and CEO of Premier Restaurant Equipment prior to its acquisition by Boelter. Before his endeavors at Premier, Ziegler ran Waymar Industries for 22 years, a manufacturer of furnishings for the multi- unit restaurant world. “Bill’s deep knowledge of our industry coupled with forward looking leadership will help him complement an already strong team for us,” President Eric Boelter said.

complement our overall company goals,” added Jason Prondzinski, vice president of national sales. In his new role, Ziegler
is responsible for leading a team of project managers, designers and warehouse operations in Boelter’s Minneapolis offi ce. In this position he will also develop new business opportunities.

Federal Industries Federal Industries, a manufacturer specializing in refrigerated, heated and ambient display merchandisers, promoted Doug Haworth to vice president and general manager.
Haworth joined Federal Industries in 2016 as the vice president of operation and fi nance and operations, later being named vice president of sales and marketing. He will be responsible for all business aspects of the Wisconsin- based manufacturer in his new role. “His strong background and 20-plus years of experience give him the skills needed to lead Federal Industries into the future,” the company said in a statement. “We at Federal Industries congratulate Doug on this well-deserved promotion and look forward to great things.”
Hoshizaki America Hoshizaki America
appointed Allan Dziwoki as the company’s new senior vice president of sales and marketing.
Dziwoki has an extensive
background with Mitsubishi Electric Cooling & Heating, Watsco Inc. and most recently Panasonic of North America as the division vice president and general manager. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge and will be leading sales, marketing, product management, technical support and distribution operations for Hoshizaki America at its Peachtree City, Georgia, headquarters. “Allan’s experience with
global organizations along with his proven skills in operations, team building and customer experience make him a perfect fi t for Hoshizaki,” said Chris Karssiens, president of Hoshizaki America, Inc. and the Americas Region. “We look forward to Allan helping us grow the business and scaling our internal processes to better meet the needs of our customers.”
