Krowne Metal Corporation Krowne Metal Corporation, a manufacturer specializing in plumbing equipment, added Ran Berger to its growing team. Berger assumed the role of western regional sales manager for the foodservice division of Krowne and will work remotely out of Glendale, Arizona. He was most recently a sales specialist at The Redstone Group, representing a portfolio of premier foodservice manufacturer brands, including Krowne. Before The Redstone Group, he worked at TriMark USA as a project executive. Ran holds a bachelor’s degree from Louisiana State University. Additionally, the company announced internal changes to its sales team. Lindsay Komsa will be assuming the role of Eastern Regional Sales Manager for the foodservice division of Krowne. For almost three years she was the western regional sales manager for the foodservice division of Krowne and has been with Krowne for four years.
Meanwhile, Paul Cali will be assuming the role of corporate training manager/ inside sales. For 15 years

he worked as the eastern regional sales manager for the foodservice division for Krowne and has been with Krowne for 16 years.
Perlick
Perlick Corp., a manufacturer specializing in bar equipment, hired Julian Wiles as COO. Wiles has more than 20 years of experience in manufacturing, logistics operations and lean transformation. Most recently, he served as the senior vice president of North American operations for a global packaging services provider. “We are looking forward to Julian’s customer- focused leadership and the vast process building strategies he will bring to our organization,” Perlick said in a statement.
T&S Brass and Bronze Works Julia Heckman joined manufacturer T&S Brass and Bronze Works as sales coordinator. In this role, Heckman
will provide a wide array of marketing and sales support across T&S. “Julia started with T&S in customer service last year, where she quickly learned a great deal about T&S and serving
our customers,” said Ken Gallagher, vice president of global sales. “This knowledge and experience, combined with her education and work history in communications and marketing, makes Julia a wonderful addition to our sales team. I’m excited to have her on board.” Heckman, who previously worked in various marketing, project management and operations roles, holds a bachelor’s degree in communication from the College of Charleston.
Vulcan Vulcan has promoted Meghan Hurst to vice president of sales and marketing. This promotion comes at a strategic time for Vulcan as it continues to further enhance the customer experience. Hurst has been with Vulcan for almost eight years. She has held marketing roles with increasing responsibility and most recently served as marketing director where she developed and led a team comprised of marketers, chefs and market segment managers. “Meghan’s analytical
nature combined with her creative expertise and strong understanding of the foodservice industry and its customers made our choice
easy when deciding to promote her to this important position,” said Chris Stern, vice president and general manager North America cooking. “We focus on promoting strong performers within our company and Meghan’s loyalty and accomplishments have been proven through successful data-driven decisions, leadership and mentoring of others. Driving organic sales growth is a top priority for our business – Meghan understands that and knows how to make it happen.” Responsible for maintaining and growing Vulcan’s market share, Hurst will be focused on continuing to apply ITW’s 80/20 business process across the selling function. She will also strive to increase and maintain a high level of satisfaction for Vulcan customers.
Hurst has spent most of
her career in the foodservice industry and also worked in marketing positions with Dansko footwear, Clemens Food Group and agency Chapman Cubine Adams + Hussey before joining Vulcan in 2014.
