AGC of California awarded five coveted Achievement Awards and its annual Owner of the Year Award during the 2026 Installation and Awards Gala, presented by Procore. Te Achievement Awards honor individuals for their outstanding contributions to the construction industry over the years, including construction education efforts and safety and health in the industry.

Melvina Stacey, Director of Health & Safety, FlatironDragados Melvina Stacey is a health and safety professional with 20 years of experience across infrastructure, transportation, heavy civil, oil and gas, energy and chemicals, mining and metals, nuclear, and liquid natural (LNG) gas sectors. As Director of Health and Safety for FlatironDragados USA West, she oversees projects across California, fostering a culture where safety is a shared responsibility. Her passion for safety stems from a personal loss at 21, when
a close friend was lost in a workplace accident. Tis experience shaped her lifelong dedication to protecting lives and creating workplaces where every worker feels valued and heard. Over her career, Stacey has contributed to major infrastruc-
ture projects, including the Los Angeles International Airport Automated People Mover, LNG Canada, and the Gordie Howe International Bridge. Originally from Marystown, Newfound- land, she draws on lessons from competitive soccer—teamwork, leadership, and perseverance—that shape her leadership style today.
S.I.R. (SKILL, INTEGRITY, RESPONSIBILITY) AWARD
Tim Lindholm, Chief Program Management Officer, Los Angeles Metro Tim Lindholm is the Chief Program Management Officer at the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (Metro), where he leads 300 program management employees executing the largest transportation infrastructure program in the nation—a $35 billion portfolio of approximately 60 active rail, bus, and highway projects. His leadership spans transformative efforts such as the LAX/
Metro Transit Center Station, Purple (D Line) Extension, and the East San Fernando Valley Light Rail Transit Project, along with major upcoming initiatives including the Southeast Gateway Line and Eastside Phase 2 extension projects. With nearly 25 years at Metro, Lindholm brings deep expertise
in project and construction management, alternative delivery methods, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement. A graduate of San Diego State University and a licensed California Professional Geologist, Lindholm has been instrumental in ad- vancing Metro’s mission to deliver a world-class transportation system that enhances quality of life across Los Angeles County.
