As the company’s largest and most complex project to date at LAX, the
NAET project showcased their ability to solve complex challenges without compromising schedule, safety, or quality. It was designed to enhance pilot visibility, efficiency, and passenger flow through the construction of four new taxiways, decommissioning outdated ones, extending Taxiway D and reconfiguring others. Royal’s role touched nearly every aspect of the airfield’s electrical system.
From custom switchgear solutions during supply chain shortages to correc- tive methods that resolved 78 misaligned taxiway lights without delaying the schedule, Royal consistently turned challenges into opportunities to demonstrate expertise and leadership.
