Tis critical drainage structure had been destroyed, severing the connectivity of the community’s iconic West Cliff Drive. Te team’s focus on innovation, collaboration, safety, and environmental

stewardship allowed them to effectively deliver a complex infrastructure repair under extraordinary circumstances. Tey overcame delayed utilities, unstable geology, and severe weather conditions, yet still finished six months ahead of schedule and $1.5 million under budget. Trough proactive risk management, strong community engagement, and technical excellence, the team not only restored a critical piece of infra- structure but also strengthened public trust and set a benchmark for future emergency projects.
