AGC of California Installs 2026 Officers


AGC of California off icially installed and recognized its 2026 executive leadership during the Installation and Awards Gala, presented by Procore, on January 30, 2026, at the Fairmont San Francisco. The elected officers along with


AGC of California CEO Peter Tateishi make up the Executive Committee of AGC of California, the largest statewide construction association in California. The association is marking its 106th anniversary in 2026. AGC of California’s 2026 officers are featured here.

Ryan Aukerman Griffith Company President Ryan Aukerman has been with Griffith Company for two decades and currently serves as company president. He started as a project engineer in 2004. While pursuing a degree in technology and operations management at Cal Poly Pomona, he advanced to the role of estimator/project manager. Rising to regional manager in 2011, vice president in 2013, and executive vice president in 2015. In 2024 he became president, leading strategic growth, safety and op- erational initiatives across the company. His leadership with AGC of California includes serving on both the State Board of Directors and the Los Angeles District Board. He has been involved with the Construction Education Foundation, the Emerging Leaders Program and more.


Allison Otto Otto Construction President-Elect


Allison Otto is the president and chief executive officer of Otto Construction, a family-owned company founded in 1947 by her grandfather. She provides executive oversight on active projects and guides the firm in setting and achieving financial goals, implementing strategic objectives, and ensuring Otto continues to deliver exceptional results for its clients and communities. Otto served on the Construction


Education Foundation Board, as vice chair and chair of the AGC of California Delta-Sierra District, and as association Treasurer in 2025.
