With the addition of Spring Oak at Culpeper, the recent expansion of T e Culpeper, and the 270 new home expansion of the 55+ T reeOaks development, it looks as though our community has understood the assignment. Culpeper is home to several assisted


living facilities that have not only been rated for their excellence in service, but also continue to provide a supportive and caring environment for local seniors. Additionally, the community boasts many exceptional home health care and hospice organizations that off er compassionate and high-quality services to those in need. In 2018, T e Arbors at Culpeper opened 132 apartments for residents 55 and over, and in 2025,
