Name your longest staff employees, their position, and something special about them? We have people with us that have been here for almost as long as we have been open. They enjoy working in Chino Valley, AZ where they are close to home, and they are very good at being part of the experience here at Casa Grande. Liz Timper who has been with Casa Grande for 15 years says, “This is the best place to work, we know all the customers, and it is close to our homes”.
15 years later, how do you feel about it? We are still very excited about the restaurant as we have passed ownership to our Daughter Sonia Martinez who is very much involved in the day to day operation.
