Our Ranch has been in our family since 1870, itit’’s always been mostly Brahma cattle cross breeding with F1 bulls (Hereford & Angus) and of course some pure bred Brahma.

Here in Arizona, many of the ranchers are raising cattle with organics and sell- ing to Whole Foods. You’ve seen changes in the cattle industry, how do you op- erate your ranch today? Our Ranch has almost always been organic, even before it became a trend. We’ve always been against antibiotics and meds that are not necessary, and we’ve always strived to keep pesticides off our land whenever possible.
You have horses, Cutting horses? First horses you had (names), and how has having horses and cattle impacted your life? I can’t imagine our lives without horses, in our new book that’s being released in a couple
of months, we devote a chapter to talking about our first horse (Tony), he was a big draft horse that our dad used to plow our crops. After we got our first tractor, Tony became our constant companion and would stand in the water at our swimming hole for hours while we climbed up on his back to dive in again and again. (I guess he figured it beat pulling that plow)
This is your 40th Year together as The Bellamy Brothers duo/music? How does that feel? Besides making us feel a little old, we’re very proud of the fact that we’ve been able to

How many shows a year? We did between 135/150 shows a year in 2014/15/16/17.
You just returned from Africa? Tell our readers about that experience? S. Africa/Namibia/Sri Lanka were incredible ex- periences, we hadn’t been there since the 80s and we’ve been extended so many invitations over the years so we decided 2017 was the year to do it again. We were so happy to see the sold out crowds and hear the fans sing the old hits with us.
We have to talk about “Let Your Love Flow”, the song not only hit the country charts but crossed over to the pop charts. The song is relevant today as yesterday. First thing you said to each other on hearing that the song crossed over? The funny thing about ‘LYLF’ is that it actually

Our parents taught us to work together when we wer we e very young and their methods seemed to hav ha e worked well, cause we’re still here.
We actually enjoy working together still, we’re different people, but still respect each other’s creative abilities and the end result we can achieve by working as a team.
