FIRST IMPRESSIONS ARE IMPORTANT! Your outward appearance doesn’t define you, but it sure says a lot about how you want others to view you. The way you carry yourself and the way you address others can make the difference between creating a very short term engagement or the beginnings of a long-term positive relationship. The way people view each other for the first time is similar to the way people subconsciously view architecture for the first time.
