Engineers, Golden 1 Center contains over 17,000 seats including 34 suites and 48 smaller “lofts.” Te north end of the arena features five 15-foot-wide by 60-foot-tall glass doors that fully retract end and open onto an outdoor community plaza. An adjacent mixed

estimated $553 million (construction cost) project, Turner Construc- tion’s work included demolition of an existing mall, construction of the 745,000-sq.-ft. arena and practice facility, and retrofit of an existing parking garage. ICON served as the project’s construction manager.
