Camp is a place where college students develop essential leadership and ministry skills. For many, the summer staff experience is a launching pad for a life of ministry. Whether they go into vocational ministry or not, summer staff experiences shape students’ understanding of their identity and their calling as a disciple in all walks of life.


Over the last four years, we’ve surveyed around 2,000 staff from 30 camps across the country and have measured statistically significant growth in leadership, faith, teamwork, resilience and emotional intelligence. 
