Off-Duty Law Enforcement Attending Events


Safety and security is an ever-increasing concern in our venues. Ways in which to promote a healthy and safe environment for our patrons is always paramount, and creating proper policies  been recurring topics of discussion in VenueNet recently. One re- cent discussion thread focused on policies concerning the allow-   while attending venue events. As policies are reviewed and up- dated, members were able to reach out to one another to discuss and provide individual venue policies and procedures, as well as to share links to online resources. While the answers varied from venue to venue and state to state, having access to how others in the industry created and revised their policies on this important issue was as easy as a single post.
