Dubay knew IAVM like a book, having joined the association early in his career and becoming involved on the district level before becom- ing a senior leader and eventual president in 2001-02. O’Connell Center students at every annual conference.              on the opportunities provided to me at a very young age right out of college, and how I was encouraged at that young age to get involved in our professional association … well, it has always been a way for me to pay it forward.”
