The Conference & Expo committee is responsible for orchestrating our association’s biggest event, our greatest show on earth. The Conference & Expo is our opportunity to educate members, engage and network with each other, and attract new members. Much like the grand performances in The Greatest Showman, these events require meticulous planning, creativity, and a flair for the spectacular. Our committee works all year to attract attendees and exhibitors alike.
DEI Advisory Council: The Voices
of Inclusion Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) are the heart of our organization, ensuring that everyone has a place in our big tent. The DEI Advisory Council works tirelessly to promote a culture of belonging, ensuring that our organization reflects the diverse communities we serve. They remind us that, like Barnum’s circus, our strength lies in our diversity.
Digital Communications: The Town Criers
In the age of social media and instant communication, our Digital Communications team plays the role of the town criers, spreading the word far and wide. They craft compelling stories, share updates, and engage with our audience online, ensuring that our message reaches every corner of our community. Their work keeps the excitement alive, just as the posters and announcements did for Barnum’s circus.
Excellence Awards & Winter Gala:
Celebrating Our Stars The Excellence Awards & Winter Gala committee is in charge of our most glamorous event, where we recognize and celebrate the outstanding contributions of our members. These are our moments in the spotlight, akin to the finale of a show where the stars are recognized for their brilliance. This committee ensures that the hard work of our volunteers and members doesn’t go unnoticed.
Finance Committee: The Keepers of the Treasure
No circus can run without its financial acumen, and the same is true for our association. The Finance Committee manages our resources, ensuring that every dollar is spent wisely and effectively. They are the keepers of our treasure, making sure that the show can go on without a hitch.
The Golf Committee: A Day on the Green
The Golf Committee organizes one of our most beloved events, bringing together members for a day of fun, networking, and fundraising. It’s a different kind of performance, one where the stakes are high, and the camaraderie is as important as the competition. This event is a vital part of our fundraising efforts, helping to keep our programs funded and our mission alive.

Tomorrow These committees are our educators, responsible for training and developing the next generation of leaders and managers within our community. They are the mentors, much like the experienced performers who train the newcomers in the circus, ensuring that our organization continues to grow and thrive with new talent and fresh ideas.
