JIM CLOUGH RYAN DISIMONE TERRY O’BRIEN


Ryan DeSimone as its new key account director. Before joining the manufacturer, DeSimone supported many of the industry’s leading foodservice chains as a national account manager at ITW Food Equipment Group. Prior to ITW, he had a 20-year career at Bloomin’ Brands, Inc., during which he made signifi cant contributions to all facets of the business, including procurement, equipment, operations, and culinary. “We’re thrilled to have Ryan on board,” said Bryan Waechter, vice president of foodservice for RSG. “He has excelled at every level in the industry, including as a national account manager at ITW and as the equipment lead at BBI. Ryan tackles the challenges faced by chain partners through the lens of an operator, and he is highly respected throughout the industry.”


As the newest member of the expanding key accounts team, DeSimone will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic growth of RSG’s chain partnerships, bringing unique experiences to help further serve the evolving needs of our customers, the company said in a press release.


T&S Brass and Bronze Works


T&S Brass and Bronze Works, a manufacturer specializing in


foodservice and commercial plumbing products, has appointed Marie-Luise Krietsch as its new regional sales manager for Central/ Eastern Europe.


Leaning on 14 years of experience at the company, Krietsch will oversee the company’s sales strategy for the region, working closely with customers and partners to deliver tailored solutions that meet their unique needs. She most recently served as the key account manager for CWS Supply GmbH in Germany. Before that, she was a customer service representative and later the supervisor of two customer service teams. In these roles, she demonstrated her ability to expand customer portfolios, strengthen relationships and introduce new products and product lines, T&S Brass said in a press release.


TriMark USA TriMark USA has named Terry O’Brien as its new CEO, succeeding Tom Wienclaw. Additionally, TriMark has appointed Jim Clough to serve as chairman of the board.


The Massachusetts-based company is the country’s second-largest dealer by sales volume, with $2.3 billion in annual sales in 2023, according to Foodservice Equipment & Supplies magazine’s 2024 Distribution


Giants ranking. TriMark has more than 12 operating divisions and operates locations across the country. O’Brien joins TriMark from Chef Holdings, where he served as CEO and board director of both Chef Holdings and its subsidiary, CTI Foods. Before Chef Holdings, he led turnarounds as CEO and board director at CP Foods North America and Brachs Confections. He also held senior leadership roles at Suiza Foods, Dean Foods and Frito-Lay. O’Brien is a member of the board of directors of Farmer Brothers Coffee. “I am both honored and

extensive private equity operating experience. He currently serves as chairman of the board at GS Foods and is a member of the board at Aspire Bakeries. He was previously an independent board director for 10 years at the Kwik Trip Corporation.

TurboChef TurboChef, part of Middleby, has hired Bobby Lang as a regional vice president and chef for the Southeast. Lang brings more than 10 years of experience as a corporate executive chef and territory manager to the manufacturer. Previously, he worked for Master Marketing Sunlow Foodservice, a foodservice manufacturer rep that covers Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama, North and South Carolina, and the Florida panhandle. During that time, he managed the company’s commercial test kitchens, held corporate trainings and educational seminars, and conducted foodservice equipment demonstrations for end users.
