Marincik brings more than 27 years of industry experience to the position. She began her career in sales at Traulsen, then worked with an industry manufacturer representative fi rm before joining Hoshizaki in 2005. Most recently, Marincik served as the regional sales director for the Southcentral region, where she led a high- performing team and built partnerships with several national chains, including 7-Eleven, Panera Bread, Freddy’s Frozen Custard and Wingstop.
Meanwhile, Jake Kimmel was appointed Hoshizaki America’s new director of training. With nearly two decades of experience in product management, training and business development, Kimmel brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the role, the company said. During the eight years Kimmel has been at Hoshizaki he has served in various roles, including product manager and warranty and training manager. As director of training, Kimmel will oversee all product training initiatives and programs, with a focus on further enhancing the

capabilities of Hoshizaki’s workforce and supporting the company’s commitment to excellence.
Hussmann
Hussmann, a Panasonic company, announced the creation of a dedicated business development team for the foodservice market. Led by industry veteran, Kasey Klingensmith, the team aims to bring new products to market for the foodservice channel while establishing new paths of distribution exclusively for foodservice. Through these efforts, they will provide better service and expand into new markets and territories, the manufacturer said in a press release. Klingensmith is joined by
sales representatives Lesa McKinney, Kelly McCombs and Jordyn Rivera. The team is supported cross-functionally by a robust marketing group, product managers and design engineers.
Flexeserve Sean Landrum, an
experienced culinary leader and food innovator, has joined Flexeserve as the manufacturer’s new culinary director.
Landrum brings over 30 years of industry experience to the manufacturer, having worked in every segment of foodservice. His past positions include frontline operations and culinary research and
development at brands such as BP, Jack’s Family Restaurants and Pizza Ranch. In his new role as culinary director, Landrum will develop custom menus and food concepts, as well as take a scientifi c approach to testing that provides valuable data to customers.
Having initially encountered Flexeserve as a client in his previous role at BP, Landrum comes to the company already familiar with its hot-holding equipment. “I was blown away by the technology from the outset,” he said. “Its capabilities for keeping food hot and fresh are better than anything I’ve ever come across before, so when this position came up, it was a natural progression.”

Martin Stutzman has joined Jackson Warewashing Systems as the manufacturer’s new vice president of fi nance. Stutzman has more than 20 years of experience in fi nancial management and continuous process improvements, with expertise in lean production and project management. His professional experience includes fi nancial leadership roles at JLG Industries/ Oshkosh Corp., Marmon/ Berkshire Hathaway, General Electric, and Alcoa. In his new role, Stutzman will oversee Jackson’s fi nancial operations, which include accounting, budget and
planning, treasury, capital, risk management, compliance, and information technology services.
Parts Town Parts Town Unlimited, the parent company of Parts Town, named Lisa Backlin as group vice president, supply chain.
“Lisa’s deep experience in network design and optimization is a critical skill for us to add to our team as we continue to further our operational competitive advantage for future growth,” CEO Steve Snower said. “Her ability to design and build global distribution strategy, along with her drive for operational excellence will be instrumental to continuing to drive the highest levels of customer satisfaction.” Backlin brings more than 20 years of global experience to the role. Previously, she was vice president, supply chain direct fulfi llment at The Home Depot, where she led a network of more than 100 direct customer fulfi llment centers and delivery operations. Before that, she spent time at Eaton Manufacturing and Grainger in supply chain and distribution roles.
