Alto-Shaam has bolstered its domestic key accounts and chain support with two new senior appointments. Ronald Massaro was named director of national accounts, reporting directly to Senior Vice President of National Accounts Brian Newland. Massaro joins Alto-Shaam with more than 30 years of experience working within the foodservice industry, most recently serving as regional vice president of sales at TurboChef Technologies. In his new role, Massaro will be responsible for developing and growing relationships with key domestic national accounts, ensuring year-on- year growth targets continue to be achieved and customer expectations are exceeded at every touchpoint.
“Ronald joins the team with a wealth of knowledge and experience,” Newland said. “And throughout his career, he has also proven his ability to build strong and lasting customer relationships and lead key account strategy, which will be invaluable as we look to continue to enhance our support for domestic key accounts.”

joined Alto-Shaam as its new business development manager for key accounts, making her responsible for expanding the company’s presence in new and existing key foodservice chain accounts. Kolzow brings more than 10 years of sales and business development experience to the manufacturer, including over six years working across the foodservice, retail and hospitality sectors.
Channel Manufacturing Channel Manufacturing, a manufacturer with facilities in Florida and New York, has promoted industry veteran John Ebenroth to president. Ebenroth joined the foodservice and material handling equipment manufacturer in 2018 as vice president of sales marketing. Most recently, he served as executive vice president. In taking over the president role, he will continue to oversee and be heavily involved in all sales aspects. Owner and previous
president Jordan Klein will now serve as CEO of Channel Manufacturing.
CookTek CookTek, a Middleby brand, has made two changes to its leadership team. The
company has hired Shan Shevade as vice president of innovation and expanded Kerry Chace’s role to vice president of international business development. Shevade will oversee the manufacturer’s engineering departments, including new product development, sustaining engineering and the management of the engineering test lab and model shop. “We are confi dent that his dynamic approach and fresh perspective will make a tremendous impact on our innovation efforts,” the company said in a press release.
Chace, meanwhile, will oversee the growth of the CookTek and TurboChef brands in Latin, South and Central America. His role as vice president of international business development will be in addition to his current position as regional vice president and corporate chef. “With this broad background, he brings a wide variety of voices and perspectives to conversations and recognizes that it takes a team, including people from both BOH (back-of-the-house) and FOH (front-of-the-house), to make any foodservice operation
successful,” the company added.
Copeland
Copeland, a manufacturer specializing in heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), refrigeration and industrial compression equipment, has chosen Paul Lundstrom as its new CFO.
“Paul is an excellent addition to the executive team of Copeland, as he brings with him extensive experience not only in the area of fi nance, but more broadly across business, including experience in business transformation, manufacturing, and investor relations,” Copeland CEO Ross B. Shuster said. An experienced senior
fi nance executive, Lundstrom joins Copeland from Flex, Ltd., a manufacturer based in California. Lundstrom was a key member of the team that led the analysis, carve out and initial public offering for Nextracker from Flex in 2023 and served as a member of the Nextracker Board of Directors. Before joining Flex, he served as the CFO for Aerojet Rocketdyne and held several senior fi nancial leadership roles during his 19 years at United Technologies.
