Patrick Bach, RS, is a seasoned Reserve Specialist and Project Manager at David Bach & Associates, a family-owned construction management consultancy that caters to condominium and homeowner associations. Patrick received his Reserve Specialist designation in 2011 and his Master of Engineering degree with a concentration in Construction Management in 2019. Patrick has been in the construction industry for over 19 years.
Diana Carlson is a 20-year homeowner in Washington State where she has served on her HOA Board of Directors and also as Board President. Her background as an educator, corporate manager and a principal in an investment firm gave her the skills she employs to efficiently run an HOA. She is deeply interested in well-kept, well-run communities and valuable professional resources like WSCAI that afford the needed information to develop and protect a community’s financial and physical assets.
Ann Hart is a commercial insurance advisor with HUB International Northwest, and specializes in community association and other real estate coverage. Her 20 years of combined experience in community association management, real estate, senior housing and rental management provides her with a unique foundation and understanding of the industry and how best to serve the associations she works with.
Mike Schultis is SSI Construction’s Co-Owner and Operations Manager and has been in the multifamily construction industry for over 15 years, which has given him extensive knowledge of the condominium repair/construction defect arena. His experiences include estimating, construction management, and envelope systems. SSI continues to expand in our local market with a multi-family and commercial focus.
Theresa Torgesen, Esq. is an experienced attorney who has been serving community associations as general counsel since 2007. She is passionate about community association education and advocacy. Theresa served on the Washington Common Interest Ownership Act (WUCIOA) Drafting Committee for seven years and was the Co-Chair of the CAI Washington State Legislative Action Committee (LAC) when WUCIOA was enacted. She is a frequent presenter for educational seminars at the state and national level.
Steve Weidenbach opened his American Family Agency in June of 2011 when he began his career as a high school teacher. He joined WSCAI in 2013 and has leveraged American Family’s experience as a top association insurer ever since. With around 100 American Family Insurance agents in Washington State, the Weidenbach team has been named “Agency of the Year” for 8 years running through their sales performance and customer satisfaction. They insure over 500 associations across Washington, Oregon, and Idaho.
Dave Wescott has been in the construction industry for over 20 years. He brings a wealth of experience to the forefront of the business. Mr. Wescott is a snow and ice expert. He currently services on the board of SIMA and has put together snow initiatives for some of the largest fortune 500 companies.
