Cameron “Cam” Hazen, CMCA, AMS | Condo Consulting Services, LLC Cam has worked with all types and sizes of associations for over 35 years. Currently, he is the Principal at Condo Consulting Services, LLC in Seattle working with community associations and management companies providing consulting, project management, operations support, Board member and manager training/mentoring, and association management services. He also consults with developers aiding with budget development, compliance with statutes, transition and budget ratification meetings, board and new owner education, refining rules, architectural control and committee procedures, and operations planning. Cam has been an active member of WSCAI for many years. He appreciates the opportunity to serve on the WSCAI Board, regularly writes for the Journal, has spoken at MOM meetings and at CA Day, was a member and is current Board Liaison to the MOM Committee, has served on the Made for Managers Day Committee since 2013, and maintains a resource spreadsheet of current and past WSCAI educational topics
and articles for the Chapter. Cam was the recipient of the WSCAI’s Manger of the Year Award in 2002. DIRECTORS Amy S. Clements, CIRMS, ARM | Community Association Underwriters (CAU)
Amy is the Immediate Past President of the Chapter. She is the Marketing Manager at Community Association Underwriters (CAU) and has been in the insurance industry since 1991. She has specialized in community association insurance since 2005 and involved with WSCAI since that time. Amy earned the Community Insurance & Risk Management Specialist (CIRMS) designation in 2008. In addition to participating in many speaking opportunities with WSCAI, Amy is a past co-chair on the Education Committee, served on the Business Partners Committee, Legislative Action Committee and the Communications Committee. In her spare time, Amy
enjoys traveling, wine tasting and playing golf with her husband. Hal Hovey | Condo Consulting Services, LLC
Hal has served on the Waterside Condominium Board of Directors for over ten years -- first as a member at large, then as the Vice President then as Secretary and currently as President for the past two years. Volunteerism is forefront in Hal’s life. He’s the Chairman of the City of Oak Harbor Salary Commission, a former Planning Commissioner for the City of Oak Harbor, a Director of the North Puget Sound Association of Realtors (NPSAR), and a member of the Oak Harbor Chamber of Commerce Legislative Affairs Committee. He’s an active participant at the Arts Commission and Parks Board meetings, as well as at City Council Meetings.
Allison N. Peryea, Esq. | Peryea Silver Taylor, P.S.
Allison is a shareholder attorney with Peryea Silver Taylor, a 22-year-old law firm located in downtown Seattle that primarily serves community associations. Allison’s legal practice focuses on dispute resolution and providing general counsel services to community associations. She began practicing law in 2007 and has been practicing community association law since 2010. She has served on the WSCAI Communications Committee since 2012, and is a former editor of the WSCAI Journal. She presents regularly at WSCAI events, and writes articles regularly for the Journal. Allison is also a Board member of the Eastlake Community Council, the council for her Seattle neighborhood. In her spare time, Allison enjoys hiking, reading, painting, running, kayaking, biking, practicing Spanish, and waking her cat up from naps for no reason.
Chelsea Webster, CMCA, PCAM | Trestle Community Management
Chelsea joined Trestle Community Management in July 2019 and celebrates 15 years in the industry. In her role as Senior Community Manager, she manages a large, diverse portfolio of associations throughout the Puget Sound, specializing in large scale and active adult communities. Chelsea has been a very active, involved member of WSCAI since 2008, teaching various educational seminars and serving as an Outreach Committee member since 2012. She is currently serving a second term on the WSCAI Board of Directors. Chelsea lives in Hansville, WA on the Kitsap Peninsula with her husband Bob, 19 year old step daughter Gabi who is attending University of Alabama (Roll Tide!) and Corgi dog, Rylee. She is grateful to be part of the Community Management
business and appreciates the opportunity to work with all of the amazing people in this crazy industry.
