2022 WSCAI PRESIDENT Jackie Davis | BluSky Restoration Contractors, LLC
Jackie is so excited and honored to be your new Chapter President for 2022. This will be her 6th year of serving on the Board, working alongside wonderful people who have helped the Chapter grow stronger every year through their time and effort. She is especially grateful to Amy Clements for being an amazing President and leading the Chapter through the challenge of 2021.
Jackie has been a Business Development Manager in the industry for over 10 years. She currently works with BluSky Restoration Contractors. She loves working with customers and meeting new people in the industry. She has been actively involved with WSCAI, serving as co-chair of the CA Day Committee, member of the Business Partner Committee, Membership Committee where she serves as an Ambassador, as well as organizing several networking events. She has also been on the Communications and Made for Managers Day committees. She has enjoyed volunteering for several of the Community Outreach events as well. Jackie graduated from the University of Washington and has spent much of her career producing industry events and trade shows. Jackie has been married to Danny for 23 years. They have two grown children, Justin and Jessie as well as two dogs, Sandy and Riley, and a cat, Hannah (Montana).
PRESIDENT-ELECT Andrea Goodmansen | McLeod Construction
Andrea is a Co-Owner of McLeod Construction, and has been a WSCAI Business Partner member since 2005. Andrea has seen firsthand the growth of the Chapter over the past 16 years and how valuable its programming is for all members: HOAs, COAs, managers and Business Partners. She was a member of the WSCAI Business Partner Committee for six years, serving as committee chair for two years. She is proud of her work on the Business Partners Code of Ethics the committee established for our Chapter in 2011. Outside of work, Andrea volunteers for sports, music and drama booster groups for her three teenage daughters. Her favorite hobby during 2020 (the year of COVID-19), was hiking and working in her new greenhouse and garden!
VICE PRESIDENT Linda Hanson | Homeowner, Hawthorne Hill Condominium Association
Linda is president of the Hawthorne Hill Condominium Association in Tacoma. Linda has led the Association through a building envelope special assessment, Restatement of the Declarations, strategic planning including for the Reserve Study, governance and board leadership best practices and more. Linda serves on WSCAI’s Legislative Action Committee (LAC) and is the Board Liaison for the Market Expansion Committee. Linda has provided nonprofit consulting on a variety of leadership and organizational issues for over 25 years which she hopes will inform her work for WSCAI. Linda is honored to serve on WSCAI’s Board of Directors and thankful for the opportunity to contribute to this incredible organization.
SECRETARY Toni Hahn, CMCA, AMS | TRF Pacific Management Services, LLC
Toni is the Director of Operations at TRF Pacific Management Services. She has been in the industry since 1994 and enjoys being a strong leader for her clients and team members. Toni prides herself on her business partner relationships and being an advocate for association managers in the industry. She is currently the Chair of the Social Committee and enjoys volunteering with WSCAI members to assist with fun events that raise funds and awareness for the Chapter. She is also the Secretary on the Made for Managers Day Committee and committed to manager education and career enrichment. On the weekends, you will find her at an estate sale or cooking with friends. In the spring, you will find her traveling around Montana, camping with friends and visiting National Parks.
