In this role, Rogers will set the future direction for the walk-in portfolio and lead all commercial activities, including reps, global strategic accounts and dealer partners. Elsewhere, Merrychef, a brand for high-speed ovens, appointed Scott Baillargeon as vice president of sales. His primary responsibilities include leading the development and execution of sales strategies across Merrychef U.S. with key accounts, dealers and sales representatives.


At Cleveland Range, a


commercial steam cooking equipment brand, John Lanning is now vice president of sales and marketing. Lanning has been with the brand since 1984 and has held various leadership positions throughout Welbilt over the past 30 years. Todd Boulé was named the new vice president of sales for Convotherm U.S., a brand that


manufactures combination ovens. Boulé has had a lifelong career in the foodservice industry and joined Welbilt in 2016 as a corporate regional chef. Most recently, he served as senior director of culinary sales USA.


Brian Holdrich was chosen


as president of Frymaster, succeeding Todd Philips, who is retiring. In this role, Holdrich will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the brand. Taking over Holdrich’s old position is Jim Courtright, who was named vice president of sales, Americas. Courtright will oversee the U.S.-aligned representative groups along with the buying groups. The Garland and Lincoln


brands are also seeing a leadership change with Graham Sams taking over as president. Sams joined Welbilt in 2011 as production manager of the Garland manufacturing facility, where he focused on continuously improving manufacturing processes. In 2020, Sams was named managing director of Cleveland, where he successfully oversaw a program of customer-focused brand improvement. Replacing Sams as the day-to-day leader of Cleveland is Stan Ioffe, who was named

president of the brand. Ioffe joined Welbilt in 2020 as head of fi nance for the Canadian division, supporting the Garland, Lincoln and Cleveland manufacturing facilities and the American ovens and Canadian distribution businesses. The new president for the


Merco and KitchenConnect brands is Nick Patterson. Patterson joined the Welbilt research and development team in 2010. Six years later he became vice president and managing director of Merco. Multiplex has a new


president in Mark Smith. Smith has more than 28 years of experience in the beverage industry, having held various positions in operations, general management and most recently vice president and managing director of Multiplex.


The new president for the


Delfi eld brand is Brandon Slotman. He joined Delfi eld in 2020 as vice president and managing director to drive operational excellence for the brand.

Van Der Bosch was named vice president, making him responsible for the day-to-day management of the brand. He has more than 20 years of experience with Scotsman Ice Systems, where he held key roles such as director of customer support. Additionally, Garamy


Whitmore was appointed general manager for Merrychef U.S. He will lead all sales in the United States as well as service and support activities. Whitmore joined Welbilt in 2006 and has held various sales and culinary leadership roles since then.


The Lincoln brand also now has a new general manager in Tom Kurgan. In this role, Kugan will be responsible for leading all United States sales, service and support activities for Lincoln. He most recently served as area vice president for Welbilt, covering the Midwest and Northeast regions. Finally, Martin Huddleston was named general manager for Convotherm U.S. He will be responsible for all U.S. sales, service and support activities for the brand. Since 2020, he has held the position of vice president of sales/ general manager for Eloma North America, an Ali Group company.
