Letting them “Kick the Tires” With foodservice dealers as its


primary attendee group, The NAFEM Show draws in operators, equipment and supplies distributors, kitchen and management design consultants, service technicians and repair companies, and industry accreditation agencies. Flynn says the event’s main focus is always on the exhibit booths and exhibiting companies. This year’s show theme says it best: “At the Center of it All.”
