Edlund, part of the Ali Group, named David Sebastianelli its new senior vice president of international sales and marketing.
In his new role, Sebastianelli
will be responsible for leading Edlund’s marketing communications and expanding the company’s position in global markets while continuing to manage overall business with his team in North America. Before this promotion, he served as vice president of sales and marketing with Edlund and has held executive positions with Cooper-Atkins, Standex International and The Vollrath Company.
“Over the past several years, David has been an integral part of our leadership team, and we are very excited for his support as we continue our growth in global markets,” Edlund President Ryan Whitney said.
Electro Freeze
Victoria Campbell was named president of Electro Freeze, an Ali Group company. Campbell will also be
responsible for the day-to-day management of the company. In 2016, she was promoted to vice president of sales and

marketing for Beverage-Air and moved to her current position of vice president of sales and marketing at the Ali Group North America – Refrigeration Division (Beverage-Air and Victory Refrigeration) in 2019.
Eloma USA
Eloma USA, part of the Ali Group, announced two leadership changes. Matthew Auck was named vice president of sales and marketing while Jason Jones joined the company as sales manager.
Auck, a classically trained chef, will be responsible for leading all sales, service and support activities for Eloma USA. He joined Eloma in 2020 as the director of sales and culinary, a role that combined his culinary expertise with customer relationship development and played a signifi cant role in the strategic growth of the business. As sales manager, Jones will support all sales activities for Eloma in the United States. “We are excited to have Jason on our sales team,” Auck said. “He brings a wealth of
sales experience and culinary knowledge to Eloma USA. He will be an integral part of our continued success.”
Hatco
Hatco Corp. hired Stuart Sharp as a dealer sales manager. In this new position, Sharp will be responsible for leading Hatco’s dealer sales activities and rep territories across the western United States from his location in Southern California. “We are excited to bring Stuart on the Hatco team as we leverage his extensive industry experience and connections,” Vice President of North American Sales Mark Pumphret said.
Sharp brings a wealth of foodservice knowledge and experience to Hatco. He has held various sales and marketing leadership roles during his 19-year tenure at Carlisle Foodservice Products, as well as various sales and marketing positions during seven years at Cambro Manufacturing.
Ice-O-Matic
Erica Motes is now president of Ice-O-Matic, an Ali Group
subsidiary. She will also be responsible for the day-to- day management of the manufacturer.
Motes joined the manufacturer in 2015 as vice president of fi nance and was instrumental in implementing best practices in all areas of fi nance and accounting, as well as operations. She was given additional responsibilities over the manufacturing and operations functions and was eventually promoted to general manager of Electro Freeze in September 2021.
Refrigerated Solutions Group
Refrigerated Solutions Group (RSG), a manufacturer specializing in refrigeration equipment, announced the hiring of Eric Doyle as CFO. Doyle came to RSG from
Welbilt, where he most recently led the fi nance organization for the Multiplex Beverage brand and previously also led fi nance for Manitowoc Ice. “RSG has a compelling future, and I am humbled to join the team that continues to elevate the fi nancial performance and combined 150-year legacy of two strong, industry respected brands in Norlake and Master- Bilt,” he said.
