company’s independent sales reps, dealers, and consultants in the western region. She previously worked for Alto- Shaam, Ignite Foodservice Solutions and TriMark Hockenbergs, giving her a deep understanding of partner needs within the foodservice equipment channel.

Wienclaw will report to Executive Chairman Mitchell Jacobson, who is leading the company’s executive committee. Wienclaw was previously executive vice president for the north region and he will continue to have full responsibility for that region in his new role. Additionally, he will lead the category management organization, formerly known as supply chain, and will continue as the company’s chief growth offi cer. Wienclaw will also lead engagement with TriMark USA’s key suppliers and buying groups.


“I am thrilled to take on this additional responsibility at TriMark,” Wienclaw said. “I have spent 18 years at TriMark. TriMark is a market leader with tremendous opportunities for growth. I have admired the determination and competency of the leadership team since my fi rst interactions and look forward to being a part of that team as we embark together on the next chapter in TriMark’s long and successful history.” Elsewhere in the company, Jennifer Galanis was chosen as chief growth offi cer. The promotion positions Galanis to make a signifi cant step in driving transformation, innovation and growth within the company.

TriMark, having spent 20 years as an expert in sales, account management and business development. During her time with the company, she has served as a private label product specialist, director of business development and, most recently, vice president of national accounts in the west region.


“I have been privileged to work within multiple business segments and collaborate with extraordinary leaders throughout my career at TriMark; it’s no wonder we are a front-runner in the foodservice industry,” she said. “I am incredibly excited to apply my experience to the CGO position and lead teams to accelerate TriMark’s growth, continuing to capture signifi cant market share.” TriMark USA also hired Joe Heater as CFO for the TriMark West team. With 15 years of CFO experience, Heater will oversee the accounting and fi nance departments for the region. His extensive accounting and fi nancial expertise includes operations, profi t and loss and cash management, fi nancial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, mergers and acquisitions, and building fi nance teams.


Finally, the company


promoted Lenette Tamburro to vice president of the Program Management Offi ce. She will strategically and innovatively lead and right-size various delivery capabilities for different projects. These projects will pertain to IT governance and execution tasks, enterprise portfolio management, business capabilities management, vendor management, organizational change management/training, and IT fi nancial planning.


Welbilt


Following the close of its acquisition by the Ali Group, Welbilt announced numerous leadership changes throughout its brands. Marcy Mathews was appointed vice president of sales, marketing and product management for Delfi eld, a brand focused on refrigeration equipment. Mathews’ primary responsibilities will be to lead all commercial activities for the brand, including reps, global strategic accounts and dealer partnerships. She will also be responsible for brand marketing and product management. Frymaster, a brand for


commercial fryers, named Kirk Goss as vice president of sales
