the president’s message
Dear CAI Friends,
Our Chapter has weathered one heck of a storm this year! We have survived virtual lun- cheons, virtual socialization, one AMAZING, in person, Golf Tournament and so many personal challenges. We did have a couple of in person events at the beginning of the year, but it feels like it was so long ago! All in all, we have ended up financially healthy thanks to the generosity of our incredible business partners and the creativity of our members.
While this was not the Presidency that I imagined, I am proud to have lead such a dedicated Board of Directors through these unprecedented times. Tis year has given me confidence that CAI CNC can survive anything, and we’ll come out the other side stronger and more resilient.
Dan Young will be leaving the Board this year, having served his term, and we will be wel- coming Austin Walker and Clifford Loveland to the 2021 Board. Tank you Dan for your service, you will be missed!
As we enter into a new year, I know that the Board will work hard to continue to provide the highest levels of education and networking to our members that we possibly can, given our circumstances.
Tank you all for your unwavering support of me during this past year. It certainly does not go unrecognized and I am so appreciative of you all!
Congratulations to John Hansen as he takes over as President in 2021. I know you will be fabulous!
As 2020 draws to a close, I wish you all a Happy New Year! I hope to see you in 2021. As always, if I can be of service to you in any way, please feel free to reach out. At your service,
Jennifer Richardson Chapter President Te California North Chapter of CAI
