Tey have their own computerized numeric controlled lathes and mills for precision machining, punch presses, state-of-the-art laser cutting center, as well as five heat treating systems for complete control of the temper on all of their blades. Wednesday brings another conference highlight as you join in the Field Day hosted by Evergreen Turf.
Evergreen Turf was established in April of 1999 by Jeff Nettleton and Jimmy Fox as a small, friendly, locally owned and operated Arizona sod farm. Te idea back then was to provide Arizona homeowners and landscape contractors with an elite, golf-quality product.
Since then, Evergreen Turf has become the major sod provider not just for homeowners and landscapers, but also for Arizona's demanding golf courses and sports facilities. With more new golf courses and renovation projects than they can count, and thousands of commercial parks and home lawns installed, Evergreen Turf has become the major, locally-owned sod farm in Arizona.
