At the end, we set off for the depot. And if anyone has not been impressed by what they have heard and seen up to this point—at the latest here it was over. What has been set up there, a few hundred meters from the farm, commands respect. Two large vacuum coolers with high performance, one of them as a "continuous device," plenty of space for intermediate storage, and then four covered truck ramps, which allow forklift trucks to drive directly to the cargo holds, hardly anyone had seen that before. It was not without pride that Christian Besenthal reported on the peak day so far, on which 30 fully loaded trucks left the yard with cooled turf.

Te extremely interesting and impressive day ended with coffee and cake. Not without a thank you to the whole Besenthal family, expressed by Benedikt Wullengerd. Te Besenthal family really had something to show and put together a great summer conference in 2025.
