‘LAMIRA’ CHRYSANTHEMUM Dümmen Orange ‘Lamira’ is a nice size with a vibrant purple that’s been in demand this year, Alders said. “This is definitely a year-round product that can sell 52 weeks a year,” he said. Moore agreed, revealing that her cooler is never without this color of purple. “I could use this year-round, easily.” She said. Hagstrom was mesmerized by the scooped, uniform petals. “It’s just gorgeous,” he said.
‘ALLSTAR’ CHRYSANTHEMUM Icon Selections SAS This cushion spray chrysanthemum offers long laterals, giving it versatility in the shop. “Sometimes when you get spray mums, they’re so long stemmed you have to cut them a lot,” Moore says. “I could easily use all of these.” Alders agreed. “I can’t say I’ve actually seen anything quite this big, and I think it could be a good bang for your buck as far as the coverage,” he said.
‘LOTUS DARK’ CHRYSANTHEMUM Deliflor Americas With its large uniform blossoms, this cremon is fitting for wedding and funeral work and also has a place in florists’ coolers year-round for everyday work. “I could see myself charging a little more for these just because they’re so large and luscious,” Moore said. Hagstrom gave high marks to ‘Lotus Dark’ because of its healthy foliage and consistency across flowers. “The florets are carbon copies,” he said.
