The Pennsylvania and Delaware Valley Chapter of Community Associaons Instute celebrates our foreth anniversary in 2015. Throughout the year, we’ll be looking back and ahead with a series of arcles, blog posts, photographic retrospecves, and stories from members  old and new  about their memories, experiences, and expectaons. The yearlong celebraon will culminate in our 40th Anniversary Gala at The DownTown Club in Philadelphia on October 8, 2015.


We hope you’ll join us in celebrang forty years of building beer communies, forty years of educaon, networking opportunies, and legislave advocacy on behalf of the thousands of mulfamily homeowners, board members, managers, and business partners in Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey, and northern Delaware. You, our members, have made CAI a successful organizaon and our foreth anniversary will be a celebraon of you.
