NeighbortoNeighbor consistsofabout 80residentswhoassisttheirfellow neighborswhentheyarefacedwith problems,i.e.physical,deathofaloved one.Eachseconhasacaptainand groupofneighborsreadytoassisttheir fellowneighbors.Theywillpickup prescripons,bringmeals,andvisit.This commieealsohasagroupof handymenwhowilldominorchoreslike replacinglightbulbsorsmokedetector baeries.Theywillevenputoutand returnthelargetrashreceptacles.Our PoolVolleyBallguyscleanthe communityeachAprilaerthewinter storms. 


Thethirdsubcommieeiscalled Community Supportandiscomposedof 13memberswhoareresponsiblefor recruingcommieememberstollthe variouscommiees’needs.Commiee chairsnofyCommunitySupportwhen theyneednewresidentstollvacancies. Thecommieespringsintoacon,and doesnotquitunlnewvolunteershave beenfound. 


EachyeartheBoardofDirectors sponsorsadinnertohonorandthank thevolunteersfortheirservices.There arefourvolunteerschosenbysecret ballottoreceiveaspecialaward.Two residentsarechosenbythecommunity andtwoarechosenbytheboard.Itis alwaysfuntotrytoguesswhothefour specialhonoreeswillbethose volunteerswhostandoutandhavegiven theirmeandtalents. 


Becauseoftheposiveatmosphereand encouragementtheyreceive,thereisno burnoutasallourvolunteerstakepride inmakingHeritageCreekagreatplacein whichtoliveandenjoy. 
