Clinton Myers is currently the


Vice President of Myers & Sons Construction, LP, a heavy civil construction company founded in 2010 by Clinton and C.C. Myers. He has long been active in AGC of California, serving on the board of the Construction Education Foundation and as Chair of the Construction Leadership Council for three years among other leadership roles. He currently is Chair of the Highway & Transportation Division and a member of the Officers/Executive Committee. Myers is also active in the National Association of Women in Construction.


Vice President, Utility & Infra- structure Division, Jim Blois


Jim Blois is CEO and owner of


Blois Construction, Inc., Oxnard, which has been in operation for over 50 years. He worked in a wide array of positions at the company before


assuming leadership in 2003. Blois has been active in AGC over the years, including serving as Chair of the newly minted Utility & Infrastructure Division and as a member of the Officers/Executive Committee this year. He was the recipient of the AGC of California Contractor Achievement Award in 2018.


Vice President, Specialty Contractors, Greg Timmerman


Greg Timmerman is an Executive


Vice President of ISEC, Inc., where he has worked for over 31 years. He currently provides key leadership and oversight for over 500 employees in seven ISEC locations, while also serving on the executive leadership team and board of directors. Timmerman has over a decade of


activity in charitable organizations including Habitat for Humanity, Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles and Orange County and the Boys & Girls Club. Within AGC, he is Chair of the Specialty Contractors Council and on the Executive Committee and the Orange County Board.


Treasurer Steve Rule AGC of California Treasurer


Steve Rule has 35 years of experience in the construction industry, including more than 30 years with Turner Construction where he is a Vice President and Construction Executive. Rule has been active in AGC of California for several years, most recently serving as Chair and Vice Chair of the Building Division in 2018 and 2017, on the Executive Committee and State Board, as Chair and Vice Chair of the San Francisco Bay Area District Board, and as Treasurer for 2019 and 2020.


Immediate Past President Jerome Di Padova


Jerome Di Padova began his


career with Kasler Corporation before joining E. L. Yeager Construction Company in 1994. He continued on after Skanska bought the company in 2002, and is currently a Senior Estimator and Labor Relations Manager for the Skanska USA Civil West California District. Di Padova has been an active member of the AGC of California since 2005 culmi- nating with his position as President in 2019. 
