Padova continued as a structure field engineer for Kasler. He joined E.L. Yeager Construction Company in 1994, working in their estimating department. Di Padova continued on after Skanska bought the company in 2002, and is currently a Senior Estimator and Labor Relations Manager for Skanska USA Civil West California District. Di Padova has been an active


member of the AGC of California since 2005 and has served as Chair of the Riverside/San Bernardino District board from 2013 to 2015, Joint Engineering Division Chair in 2015 and as Southern California Union Contractor Council Chair since 2013.


Treasurer Mike Blach Mike Blach has led Blach


Construction for the past 28 years, taking the helm from his father in 1989. During his tenure at Blach, the company has been recognized with


almost every type of industry and business accolade, including recently being named one of the top 100 Great Places to Work in the United States by FORTUNE magazine. Blach has been active in AGC of


California for almost three decades. He has served on the local Santa Clara District board for more than 20 years, including as Chair; on the Awards Committee for a number of years, including as Chair; and for more than 10 years on the Building Division and State Boards, including as Vice Chair and then Chair. Blach also has been engaged in


numerous leadership positions in his community. He has been a board member and president of the board of several leading charities, including Sacred Heart Community Service, the Rotary Club of San Jose, and most recently, Catholic Charities of Santa Clara County. He was recently elected to the board of directors of KQED,


the nation’s largest public broadcasting company, and serves as an officer and board member of two charitable foundations, a family foundation and the Blach Construction Foundation.


Immediate Past President Jaimie Angus Jaimie Angus joined Griffith


Company in 1987 and worked as a laborer while completing his degree in aerospace engineering at San Diego State. During his rise from laborer to estimator to Los Angeles District Manager, Angus participated in a number of Griffith Company’s notable projects. Now as Executive Vice President, he oversees day-to-day operations of the company including estimating, project management and construction. In 2006 and 2007 he served as Chair of the AGC Los Angeles District, and he chaired the Joint Engineering Division board in 2013 among other roles. 
