Bethel Farms Announces New NutriPod® Line of Products In a May 31, 2024, press release, Bethel Farms announced its NutriPod® line of plant nutrients would be available in June for different varieties of plants. Designed to be simple and sustainable, users simply drop a NutriPod into the planting hole and let the nutrients and casing dissolve. Te release noted that measuring can be difficult, annoying, and inexact, and users may put too much or too little nutrients into the earth. With NutriPod, users feed their plants just what they need without harming the natural environment. Redexim and Trilo Forge Agreement for Trilo Blowers Redexim and Trilo Smart Industries have agreed to make Redexim the global distributor of Trilo blower products. Tis agreement solidifies the collaboration between the two Dutch turf machinery manufacturers, utilizing their respective strengths. Trilo Smart Industries will focus its efforts on its specialized trailed vacuum products, while Redexim will enhance its product range by incorporating the high-quality blower products into its range and will take the reins in distributing the Trilo blower range under the Redexim brand. “We are delighted to have reached this agreement with Trilo,” said Curtis Allen, sales manager for Redexim. “Te Trilo range of blowers is renowned for its performance and quality, making it a perfect fit for the Redexim portfolio. With our existing Partners catering to customers in golf, sports turf, municipalities, and similar sectors, incorporating these products into our range was a logical step forward.” Christiaan Arends, CEO of Vanmac Group, said, “We are happy with this agreement as Trilo wants to focus on our well-known trailed vacuum products. Tis agreement with Redexim gives us full focus and power to keep developing, producing, and marketing the best-trailed vacuum machines in the world.” Redexim will assume responsibility for sales, marketing, distribution, and support of both new and existing Trilo blower machines in the market. Trilo blower products will be rebranded as Redexim while maintaining the commitment to quality and reliability expected from both Trilo and Redexim. Tis collaboration focuses on creating a new monitoring and control system developed by Ag Technologies for 1st Product’s AGRI-vator equipment, integrating seamlessly with the Sabanto Steward™ autonomous system. Tis initiative will leverage the expertise of Ag Technologies’ precision ag engineers to develop a system that monitors the operations of AGRI-vator equipment, ensuring optimal safety and performance through advanced fault detection and autonomous control capabilities. Te system will be a retrofit kit that may be applied to the latest generation of AGRI-vator equipment. “We’ve created a world where third parties can freely develop,

New Building at University of Missouri Named for former Senator Roy Blunt A groundbreaking was held April 5, 2024, for the Roy Blunt Soil Testing and Research Laboratory at the University of Missouri’s Fisher Delta Research, Extension, and Education Center (FD- REEC) in Portageville, MO. As a longtime Delta Day attendee and Delta Center advocate, former Senator Roy Blunt said, “I’m pleased to have been part of spearheading a new facility that will support existing university programs while inspiring research among future generations of students. It is an honor to have my name connected with this world-class facility right in the heart of the region that will benefit from the research the most.” Te $4.6 million facility will enhance agriculture research programs housed at the center, offering advanced resources for soil, water, and plant-tissue testing. FD-REEC is part of the University of Missouri College of Agriculture, Food, and Natural Resources Agricultural Experiment Station, which provides locally relevant research and demonstrations to support Missouri’s producers and landowners. “Te significance of this new facility for Missouri’s farmers cannot be emphasized enough,” said Chad Higgins, vice chancellor for extension and University of Missouri System chief engagement officer. “MU Extensions’s Soil Testing Program serves as a cornerstone in supporting Missouri farmers by delivering critical insights into soil health and nutrient management. Trough its science-backed recommendations, this program annually contributes to savings exceeding $60 million for Missouri farmers, resulting in reduced fertilizer expenses and advanced crop yields.”
