“I was calling the signals for the defense,” he said, “setting things a lot of information quickly and then react ... I think that actually translates to some trauma surgeries or fractures. It's not like you go in and know exactly what you're going to get until you get in there. So being able to process information quickly and then being able to take decisive action — you've got somebody who's got a shattered femur and their leg is wide open — you can't sit there for come up with a decisive action, commit to it and go.”
